One time my dad was angry at me and I was crying a lot he shoved my head and I asked if he loved me and he responded:”no” and later that day I never spoke a word and I’d curl up in a ball on my bed or in a corner crying

I know this is sounding like I’m trying to seek attention or something but I’m not I’m still hurt about what happened and I hope it never happens again..
