I am really shy and a huge introvert in real life....

If someone tries to talk to me in real life or over the phone and I don’t answer and that person keeps wanting to talk and I am still not answering it’s really clear I don’t want to talk with that person it’s not like I don’t want to it’s just I like to be alone most of the time.... yes I like to talk to people on here and I am really happy on here but this is the one place where I can actually be myself and not be a huge shy person all the time... I am just afraid of everything in real life.... I normally never come out of my room when there is people coming over and if I do I will make a run for food and bolt back into my room....
