What do I do when I’m getting yelled at for no reason??

So I’m being threatened and yelled at from my stepmom. She said I eat the most in the family. WHEN MY BROTHER LEFT THE CAR.. And that I’m really lazy. It’s my fault my brother is late, my fault she’s late , my fouls I’m late, my fault I’m fat.
