A story.

You see a faint light..in the shape of a heart. You hear the words, “Love yourself.” Just the other day, you were sad. You blamed everything on yourself. As the light comes closer, you hear the voice again. “Take care of yourself. Everyone loves you.” The light is now very close. The color had darkened.. “Believe in yourself, you are amazing, smart, and you must not expose yourself to self-harm.” You had a knife in your hand, tears were streaming down your face. “Put the knife down.” The voice says. You felt all your worries drift away. You put the knife down, you did not seem to be sad anymore. You were cured.
