I hate hospitals

Especially mental ones..
I’m scared of them. I don’t like how plain they are, the feeling of being in one, the people there.. it just scares me. Especially sleeping there! I have lived in a mental hospital for 7 days and I couldn’t sleep with the little kids screaming, the feeling of being watched, the ladies that worked there flashing flashlights into your eyes when you’re sleeping or trying to.. it’s just.. I cannot handle that.
