Tips for the lightning storm
Colour in the top of your screen dark grey, then once you coloured in a quarter of it do a lighter grey and keep doing that until the background is done, that will be the clouds. Add some buildings and at least 1 sky scraper. After you done that add some yellow dots on the buildings for lights, that’s your background done!

Choose a colour, yellow or blue.
Make it come out of a cloud of your choice and touch the ground, you can do multiple at once or one at a time.
