Forced insomnia is when you fuck up your sleep schedule so badly that it becomes habit and causes you not to fall asleep or fall asleep very late. I stare at the ceiling till 1 am cause I can't sleep. That might be the cause?

You could have "forced" insomnia. Basically something me and my brother came up with cause we don't have insomnia but we have symptoms of it
