OMG HELP

OK so... Long story short I fell off my sisters scooter by running with it and trying to jump and I fell and left my epidermis and dermis (skin and under skin) on the concrete and basically it hurts soooo badly, cuz like... You know, and it got infected and it was healing and everything until RIGHT NOW (I wanna die) I hit it with a table corner and slit it... Halp... I'm dying inside and it hurts SO bad rn
