How to draw an Anime Girl

Here are my tips of drawing an anime girl, or any other anime person. I usually dont go with the cross starting very often because that's usually not my type of drawing style (unless it's for angles and perspectives) but the cross is a really good way of starting for beginners. I usually make realistic drawing but perhaps will I try drawing manga ? ( and sorry if my english is bad: I am learning it )
