...Why?

My teach sent a list of things I have to do the entire day. Here they are:

9:00am: Wake up
9-10am: Physical Activity
10-11am: Academic Time
11am-12pm: Creative Time
12-1pm: Lunch
1-2pm: Chore Time (I hate this one T^T)
2-3pm: Academic Time
3-3:20pm: Journal Time
3:20-4pm: Fresh Air
4-5pm: Quiet Time (??? Who even needs quite time? My house is always loud)
5-7pm: Dinner Time/ Family Time
7-8:30pm: Free Time
8:30-9pm: Read
9pm: Bedtime

I have to do this everyday (expect Saturday and Sunday I think)
