It's because he wants to be known like how the hero killer was, but he deosn't want to kill people and harm people other than when he fought deku-(sorry if i spoiled anything)
so he's "gentle" but still is a criminal :>
(And he posts it on yt because that is one of the biggest platforms on the internet, so more people can see it)

he's basically kind of a try hard

the way he is trying to be a villain/criminal, but he's..not..a villain/criminal..and he has a weird fangirl sidekick..and he posts his crimes on yt..its just- it just weird and confusing
