His quirk lets him make clones and shoot a substance that make the person get dizzy,his tranquilizer darts knock out the person finishing the job
His costume is homemade from a yellow hazard suit a mask a surgical mask surgery gloves boot and a spring loader to shoot the darts also he is 19

My MHA oc is named Kuriko.
Her quirk lets her hypnotize people with her left eye.
She has pink long hair, pale skin, left eye is black with a swirl and right eye is purple (NO PUPIL). He wears a white jacket with black bear ears on the hoodie and black sleeves. She also wears pink leggings and red sneakers. Hope this was a good description
