guys im a little freaked out-

so yesterday i woke up and found a small what seems to be a papercut. like a rlly small cut. its right on the top of my right thumb. i dont know how i got it and it just appeared.

today, i woke up and-
THERE IS ANOTHER ONE ON MY LEFT THUMB.
THEY ARE EVEN IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT.
im kind of freaked out because i dont know whats happening or why these cuts are appearing. i swear on my life i do not remember doing anything at all, so its not me doing it.

i dont know whats happening but i slightly fear that each day they will keep appearing on every finger.
can any of you help or if you know anything about this?
