Task: Draw your worst fears
I’m only doing one fear because I’m exposing one of my huge phobia. Scoptophobia is a phobia (fear) of thinking your being watched.
Sometimes, I see people looking at me at the edge of my eyes but to look and see they’re not even looking at me. I, honestly, just hate when the attention is on me. Having anxiety, does make my phobia worse and I tend to be especially paranoid in public places full of unfamiliar people..
Plus, I hate public speaking and whenever I do have to speak in front of people. My hands start to shake and my body just feels... off. It’s a weird feeling....
