Don’t worry I felt like that too I was very bad at drawing people but now I drew my character I recommend you watch the same anime that you think has good art then you you watch it over and over again look at the detail the designs the things that make it more good then your art then you can add the stuff to your art but let it be different a bit different because you might get crowded with people who say you copied someone if you do the same designs and details as him so make the details and designs different I hope this helps you
