Halloween contest (idea by Ewan so he is also in charge of this contest with me) [read description]

I KNOW IT IS NOT OCTOBER BUT!!!, In one of eggs posts we talked about Halloween challenge and I said "DIBS ON BEING TERRANCE!!!" *laughs and then coughs* ahem... anyway...
Just for the fun of it, I wanted to do this now and have the contest be announced from today to the 19the(which is my brothers birthday) the contest will start when we get closer to October, okay? this is a note for me and for others to know so that I don't forget in the future. Don't start the drawings now this is only an announcement so that everyone has a heads up! DOnt be mad at me plz. 😩
