Ah..I just am cause I always can’t stop staring at my gut..its just embarrassing to even look so I starve myself and I know it does not help..

I'm not skinny either, but I'm going on walks more and it's helped a bit, I know that cause I have stretch marks around my legs and gut, but now I feel uncomfortable about wearing swimsuits. And shorts outside
