Ever Feel Empty? (Vent?)

I wouldn’t really call this a vent but I have this thing we’re out of nowhere I just feel empty, not sure why but it literally happens at the randomest times. I usually let them pass and they last for a day at most but lately I had that feeling for 4 days in a row. The feeling has gone away now but I don’t know what triggers this feeling or how to get rid of them. I’ve had them all my life and every time I try to explain it to someone they say they don’t know what it is. I wouldn’t really worry about because I’ve seen to deal with it well, I just don’t know what it is. •w•

I feel this a lot when I don’t feel like I have any purpose. I’ve found the best way to deal with this is to do something to prove to yourself that you are special
