Hey, I've meditated for the first time today.. |Mini Vent Post|
I kinda starting meditating because I was so stressed.. schoolwork and relationship problems. I also have a tendency where I get agitated very, very quickly, from just a few words. Losing friends, and being worried about this whole outbreak with COVID19, really put me down low.
By being angry like this, I made people not wanna be with me. And I know it's not good to play video games all day, cooped in your room, with.. a few parents. Nothing else. Just.. messing around.
Meditation is very.. helpful to me. It's so calm, to the point where I just drop, everything. All my problems.. drift away for a bit.
I feel relaxed right now. Normally I would get angry at like.. not knowing what to do, or, someone saying something on Discord to me that is barely rude, and I make a big deal from it. But tonight.. Not tonight.
So I guess, meditation was a good choice for me.
