Redd is not having the best of times with, himself.

Let me explain. He is good, AND evil. His evil side is on the back of his head, and it has yellow eyes and a mouth. When Redd is evil, he has tiny yellow pupils in his red eyes. When he's good, he talks through the mouth on the back of his head, and his red eyes are just red. No yellow.
