Oh sorry to reply so late you probably wont read this but first step draw everyday
Second step reference ( find pictures of people or things and try to draw them your own way )
Third step try to copy things you like about your favourite artists work
Fourth step simplify their work ( break it down into shapes and stuff )
And Fifth have fun!
