Tokyo reports 86 new cases

The metropolitan government of Tokyo concerned 96 new cases on Monday. While the Japanese government extended the state of emergency in fears of a second wave. The country has already been struck by the virus with the docking of cruise ship after many tested positive for COVID 19.
