The actual definition of a oligarchy, I’m talking about how anime maker’s society vaguely resembles an oligarchy

An oligarchy is where a few people have absolute power over their land or city. This resembles anime maker because the people who are well known get more likes and feedback to improve while the unnoticed fade away, beginning to rust as their skills decay btw don’t mind the crappy animation
