I never will be properly diagnosed because every time I go to the doctor I’m too fucking scared to fill out the form asking because my mom is next to me, watching me. And whenever we do take it she just looks at my answers

Dude I relate to this so much 😢 but please, please, get the help you need if you need it. If you do get diagnosed than they will know how to help.
