you can find that in some basic Anatomy books I recommend some drawing Anatomy books with body frames or positions. The way you do your base is a perfect way to show human proportions. It seems you like to stick with the male. I would keep going on with this and then start with poses. Once your comfortable with that then you can do the same with female and the poses. Then you can start on age. but for rn keep at the young male frame it's perfect.

the fact that the stencil is bloxy is good the more rectangular body shape the more male frame. The more curved body shape the more female
