My cat Quill

This is quill (named after guardians of the galaxy) His brother is Rocket. Quill is scared of everything he sees and likes to hide under my bed. Quill sometimes let’s me pet him but most of the time he runs away. Surprisingly, he isn’t as scared of balloons as buzz is
