Tutorial of how I make theese!

1 : Colour the back round with 1 colour but with all of its shades.
2 : Draw the thing your doing, in white or black outline
3 : Get the paint bucket and make it so it was never there (blend into blackout basically)
4 : Then, Make the speed good for the animation.
5 : Then post!
