This is spark.

Her father's name is Darke. King Darke. Spark wants nothing more than to escape her father's watchful eye. But when she her father descovers she is one of the Sacred, a group of wolves who have elemental power, and can be defined by their 13th birthday where they sprout wings, he gets to work immediately to corrupt spark so he can use her for evil. But when spark meets Ghost, her life changes: but does it change for better or worse?
