I just got super scared..

So when ever I'm in the dark and I go into a light area my eyes do this weird thing were everything looks like TV static and its usually not that bad like I can still see when it happens and it usually only covers like half of my vision and it goes away pretty quick but it just happened and it was really bad like It covered all of my vision I couldn't see through it and it lasted for longer than usual.

It scares me cause I think that when it happens its gonna make me blind

That what happens to me sometimes- but not going over my entire vision-
