oh well don't harm yourself !! have you tried binding and such ? Maybe wearing some form of oversized t-shirts ECT ECT to hide your chest area so you won't feel dysphoric ? Uhhh do you have a binder ?? , I'm pretty sure you can make some out of tshirts and such .. uh , I heard sportsbras also help with binding and such ?
if you're trans you can draw yourself with top scars and as the gender you prefer to be so you can cope , I'm not trans so I don't think I have a place to talk but I know there's many ways to cope with dysphoria
