Neo is a Dutch angel dragon her blue stripes glow in the dark and chirps to speak if I make her into a fur suit she will have glowing stripes and paws but I won’t be getting a fur suit anytime my parents don’t really like furries :( and I haven’t come out of the closet yet so oof
