Daybreak - S1 Ep2

Blue wandered up to the light grey security desk. A green dog (no doubt a security officer) sat behind it, wearing a navy blue jumper over some sort of shirt. He wore a small yellow name badge on his chest, reading ‘Dash.’ A scowl was plastered to his face, and he narrowed his eyes as they approached him.

‘Hey, umm..’ Blue began to say.
‘We just moved here. What do you need to check, my good fellow, before we can be on our merry way?’ Interrupted Red, in a mocking posh voice. Blue groaned. Why did he always have to do this when talking to someone with any authority whatsoever?

Dash narrowed his eyes further. ‘I’ll need to check your bags and your person.’ He grunted. He couldn’t be much older than Blue was. Dash seemed a bit unfriendly, if she was honest. ‘I wonder why...’ she thought to herself, before handing him her bag to search through.
