Karen, as some of you may know, is the daughter of the evil queen and king, and Liam was a soldier in this kingdom. Karen and Liam used to date, but soon, Liam started to realize that people started at them wherever they went. He did not realize at the time that the princess never usually leaves the castle, so that's why they were staring. He thought it was all his fault and thought that Karen didn't like the staring either. As a result, Liam left Karen and started dating May, which broke Karen's heart.
