My Dad Went On A Long Fishing Trip And Came Back At Around 1:11 Am

I was mad at him and thought he was murdered.
I know I'm not officially diagnosed, but I'm pretty sure I have a very unstable balance of anxiety.
This has happened before and almost had a heart attack when he didn't come home before we went to bed.
He got home at 10 o'clock at night.
