Are you okay— I’ve dealt with gorey nightmares that definitely phased me so I’d recommend to find something (for example a series or story) and think about that when trying to fall back asleep so maybe you’ll dream about that and it’ll get your mind off of the nightmare—
This doesn’t always work for me but that might just be my screwed up sleeping schedule so sksk k bye
