The coloring and shading in your art is pretty good but your drawings could be cleaner
You can also improve on anatomy and proportions like the arms are too short As well as people like the heights and sizes are weird for example you make the females small and the males bigger
Also when you do your people looking to the side you can try to make like the face a bit better and the eyes a bit bigger
