Why do I find this so flipping funny??? (Read desc.)

So I was scrolling through AM and I saw this account (it had terrible drawings btw) and on the desc. Of the account it said ❗️THIS IS A 7+ ACCOUNT ❗️some of the cussing and gore here may be disturbing... the account pfp was of a 8 y.o. Looking kid... why do I find this so funny?!?
