Now I have to stay inside for July 4th

When I breath in smoke I can t breath or I get this really bad cough called croup. Like I'm more allergic to smoke then anyone I know. And right now I cant breath at the moment so I'm having a breathing treatment. But I'm ALLERGIC to smoke like if I breath in smoke non stop for 3 minutes i won't stop coughing for at least 2 weeks like ots bad so now I'm stuck inside watching TV
