Just take one step outside and smell the mother nature , just breathe in and out come back and you'll feel great! Same with art
Take a breathe in and out then draw what you want to draw! It's very easy to do it, that's how I got my drawing skills and being kind-hearted! And don't say I hate it there are people out there who don't even know how to draw so they do there goal! Be with the nature, feel the wind on your arms, sit down and relax.
