dermatillomania

I might have dermatillomania which is a lip picking or skin picking disorder. I mostly pick at my lips, along with my hangnails on my finger(s). From time to time, my mom tells me to stop picking at my lips, but I can’t. I hear that it’s within the OCD family since it’s a repetitive everyday thing. 😞
