S t r e s s

A dear friend of mine had some gunshots going around her neighborhood and it was startling her so she called me and told me about it. As the mom that I am I texted her and called her and made sure she was okay telling her that I drive over there and pick her up and bring her over to my house and make sure she's okay and all of that and it's just a little bit of stress that allowed me to actually feel stress again during this quarantine. Interestingly it was kind of refreshing
