Why I was gone so long (Please read it)

I did visit my family for about 2 weeks, but when I came back there were some...complications. I got sick and was brang to the hospital for about a week. There I was diagnosed with Crohn's (Yes that is how you write it), a disease that affects your bowels and stomach. So basically, my stomach was all enflamed and had sores and stuff. Crohn's has no cure, but you can choose three options to help it: A) Steroids, a medicine that will help the pain and inflammation but will never truly heal it, B) Using a feeding tube for 8 weeks or more/less (The most healthy and long-term option), and if nothing works, C) Feeding and hydrating me through IV fluids directly to my heart (The worst choice, very high chance of infection and I won't be able to eat OR drink). So we chose the best option, the feeding tube. Luckily, I will hopefully only have it for 8 weeks of less. So here I am, unable to eat and having a freaking tube up my nose. (It actually isn't as bad as it sounds, I just miss eating and am reallyyyyy craving Subway rn TwT)

You can ask me some questions in the comments and I'll try to answer as many as I can, but keep on kind I do not know much about Crohn's. And don't feel bad for me, I know someone who had the feeding tube thingy from when they were 5 to when they were 18. That is all and have a good day!
