I just imagine me. On a long trip in the car. The cold air conditioning blowing on my face, on a warm October night, in 2019. Feeling all safe and warm inside. Just a warm welcoming silence, only to hear the car silently driving. Me just sitting in the passenger seat, just to look outside the window. A night, full of joy and happiness. Just a night where you could feel happy, no worrying, no sadness. Just joy. Just remembering all the good times. All the times where you felt the peak of happiness. All the times where you spent with your family, no hatred to one another. No pandemic to worry about. Just. Warm and welcoming silence in the night. All the times where you fixed your mistakes, where you didn’t feel left out. Just the cold air conditioning blowing on your sweaty self. And the quiet noises that the car made, it felt like you where on a highway, even though your just on the road. A peaceful night, where no one judges you or hates you. Just a night where you feel. Happy. Your not alone. Your okay. I’m okay. Sometimes you just need to focus on the little things in life.
