Why im like this

Not that long ago I was abused I tell my family and they dont belive me and they say "theres no reason to cry" anytime I do cry so I laugh I laugh when im sad I laugh after im angry I laugh but its actually a cry... a cry for help im saying "help me I need help" whenever I laugh and I cant break this curse on me
