UGH
I hate self diagnosing myself with depression so can someone tell me if they think i’m depressed by reading how an average day goes for me:
1: wake up and want to sleep again
2: *play on phone for a bit while still wanting to sleep
3: drag self out of bed only to be to lazy to eat so you lay down and skip breakfast! (Or just drink milk)
4: if i have school go do that.
5: wanting to awnser a question in class but to scared to do so so i just sit in a chair alone and scared.
6: finish school and feel emitionaly tired and just wanna lay down and cry even if nothing is wrong!
7: parents make you put up your phone at 9:00pm so you put up your phone and lay in your room ALONE
8: start crying because your alone
9: yell at sibling to leave you ALONE
10: *cry your useless self to sleep*
Also at randome times i feel exhausted even tho i do nothing and i just feel useless and wanna cry! Yeu
