Quirk description: his left side sweats a nitroglycerin-like substance, so he can make explosions with his left hand. His right side sweats a liquid nitrogen-like substance, so he can make icy cold blasts with his right hand.

(Also, I'm no scientist, so if I got some of that wrong then Oh well)

the quirk name could be "Fahrenheit combustion" bc of the ice and fire. And Fahrenheit is temperature.
