• I would suggest searching up the principles of animation. It really helped me make my animations smooth
•if you ever want to learn how to draw like emotions or faces, i always search up faces reference any there is usually a chart of different faces you can practice.
• and since you were wanting to know about drawing a tail moving, here's what you can do.
You can start of with a normal tail then you can draw a rectangle turning the shape you want it to and just keep practicing that. Like you can do as many as you need no one is stopping you
