Fakemon serpenatiant

At its first form it isn’t that smart instead swimming into rocks it only feasts on Berry’s that are thrown in the water it doesn’t live in the ocean in fact it lives lakes or rivers if it accidentally ends up in the ocean it would continue its journey for shelter. At its finally evolution it is smarter than before it uses toys to lure any kind of creature near after it is close it grabs it with its hands holding tight it doesn’t eat its prey. Instead it looks for objects around it parasites or others after if it has nothing special it lets it go. Then continues looking for a cave to rest it.
