When I get stressed I kinda bite at the dead skin on my thumb (I'm aware some might say it's gross or Smith) and I end up ripping it off or tearing it. And that causes my thumb to be "raw" you know that sensation that you have after you get an abrasion or something and the pain goes and away. It feels like I can't touch anything. And if I continue I'll bite actual skin and it'll hurt and bleed!
Ya'll probably didn't need to know that but eh whatever
In short this weird "coping mechanism" makes it hurt when I type.
So like school is stressful. Help
