It is taking forever for my character in animal crossing to get a tan cuz it takes a few hours i think

U can get a tan on animal crossing by having ur charcter stand there at the beach in the sun during a certain time (mid-July to early September) and the tan is only temporary it eventually fades away. I TTED(time traveled which is where u change the date
